Get a Library Card

Information on obtaining a library card:

Adult (18 years or older)

Fill out an application. You can download the application below or obtain a copy from the circulation desk.
You must have photo ID (driver''s license or other ID with current address or passport with additional document showing current address).
If your ID does not have your current address then you must bring in proof of current address (phone bill, gas bill, etc).
Bring your ID and if necessary proof of address along with a completed "New Borrower Application" to the circulation desk.

Child (17 years or younger)

Application must have your parent's or legal guardian's signature.
Bring the completed "New Borrower Application" with a parent/legal guardian signature to the circulation desk.
A minor library card will not be issued to an adult with no child present.

Guidelines for New Borrowers

New patrons will receive their cards in the mail. New patrons may borrow up to 5 items (not including video games or hot spots) until their card is received in the mail.
Patrons may use public PCs for up to 4 hours a day. A guest pass will be issued to a new patron who is waiting to receive their card in the mail.
